Task 1 (0.75/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, its types and pathology. You share good knowledge about pain, its types and pathology. But it would be better if you add the pathology of chronic pain as well, because if I ask about both types, then you have to add the pathology of both types. You can add a bit more explanation about acute and chronic pain.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)Yes, you're right, after a C-section, most women suffer from low back pain, and its early management is essential, as it can affect activities in daily life after that. I would suggest performing the knee to chest and back press, but you have to pull the leg closer to your chest to stretch the back muscles. Secondly, never ever ignore a small injury as it would be worse later if we neglect that injury. That's good you're using medicated bands to relieve your pain but it would be better to exercise to get ride of pain completely.
Task 3 (5.75/6)I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions. You performed the exercise well, that's great you stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts, but it would be better to apply a hot pack before performing exercises and then perform the knee to chest, neck stretches and hamstring stretch to relax your tight muscles.

Thank you for your review on my participation. Dear @ashkhan , I didn't need or use hot pack because these bands or wraps works of hoting towels before or during exercises. I had on-line purchased from Temu in last year. That's really effective and relieving.

Alright!! Yes , the above statement means that pain is felt when special nerves called nociceptors send signals to the brain, where sensation is recognized and acted upon. Pain is affected not only by physical injury but also by mental and emotional factors
