But it would be better if you add the pathology of acute and chronic pain as well, because if I ask about the pathology or you can say pathophysiology of both types, you have to read the question carefully before answering. You can add a bit more explanation about acute and chronic pain. You write well in pathology, but I need to know the mechanism of our body when we suffer from pain in any condition. |

The best way to prevent this is visiting the doctor after accident and do a complete check up. I would suggest you to do neck stretches, knee to chest exercise and back presses to relieve pain. |
Task 3 (5.85/6) | I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions. You performed the exercise well, but it would be better to stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts, but in last stretch you have to place the towel below ear level not to the head level. That's good you're using body massager for pain and tightness reduction but always use for 5 to 10 minutes when you feel your muscles are tight otherwise it can affect muscle tone by continuous use. |
