Task 2 (2/2.5)It would be better to explain the cause in detail, like if your blood pressure raise and show symptoms which system will be affected? Yes, with increase of blood pressure there are some symptoms like dizziness, unsteady balance and blurred vision but it's was some time not present for week or months. , But proper care and management can cure the impairment and improve balance.
Task 3 (5.8/6)You chose the good exercises to improve your balance and coordination. Because on the back walk we have to be focused, try to maintain that posture, prevent falls, and send signals to the brain to keep the pace while walking. Secondly, single-leg squats are a difficult position, but it will be better to hold the position for 5 to 10 seconds otherwise you did well. I appreciate your efforts. Best of luck.
