"Steemit Learning Challenge-S27W1; Physiofit; Pain-free Challenge"
Assalamu Alaikum..!!
My Dear Friends,
I am @jannatakter24 from #Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Hello my dear Steemit friends. First of all, take my love and best regards. Today is the first week of the 27th Learning Challenge to get rid of pain by practicing exercises. So first of all I would like to thank @ashkhan sir for organizing such a beautiful exercise treatment contest. I am very happy to participate in this competition "Steemit Learning Challenge-S27W1; Physiofit; Pain-free Challenge". So let's start
What is pain
Pain is a warning signal from the body through which we can understand whether there is injury, inflammation or any kind of problem in the body. More precisely, pain is a protective reaction of the body that warns us about problems related to damage to our body. Pain causes various types of discomfort in the body. Pain is an uncomfortable feeling that is caused by various nerves, muscles, tissues or injuries in our body.
Pain is generally of two types -
- Acute pain
- Chronic pain
Acute pain: Acute pain starts suddenly, lasts for a short time but is very painful. As soon as the pain occurs, there is a lot of pain. Such as cuts, burns, sprains, etc. If the hand, foot or any part of the body is cut, severe pain is felt. Moreover, if any part of the body is suddenly sprained, the pain becomes more intense. This lasts from a few minutes to a few days. This pain is relieved with proper treatment.
Chronic pain: This pain is usually a long-term pain. For example, lower back pain, back pain, leg muscle pain. This pain occurs intermittently for a long time. If this pain is not treated properly, this pain is felt for years.
Pain Pathology
I have discussed in detail about the types of pain and what pain is above. Pain pathology is a biological process that makes our body feel pain and react to it. Pain is felt only when any tissue or muscle in the body is injured. When an injury occurs anywhere in the body, it sends a message to the brain through the nervous system. Then the brain understands what kind of pain it is experiencing. Pain is a warning signal that is first sent to the brain through the nervous system. Then the brain takes steps from the experience of pain to determine what kind of treatment is needed for this pain. In case of sudden severe pain, immediate pain relief measures are taken. And the brain can understand the pain that has been happening for a long time. Because chronic pain repeatedly sends signals to the brain through the nervous system. If this pain is not treated, this pain can remain for life.
As we age, bones in the human body start to deteriorate, which causes pain in different parts of the body. For example, as my father gets older, my father's back pain is also starting to increase. Moreover, recently I have been feeling pain in my neck due to looking at my mobile phone for a long time. For some special tasks on my mobile phone, I often have to look at it with my neck straight, which sometimes causes tension in the neck muscles. Sitting in the same place with my head down for a long time causes pain in the shoulders and neck. Especially if I keep my head down for a long time, it becomes difficult to raise my head up.

After seeing @ashkhan Sir's exercise training post, I started practicing cervical stretching exercises to relieve neck pain. So first I use a light hot pack on my neck. Since I feel tension in my neck, I practice cervical stretching exercises. I have been practicing this exercise for the last two days. According to the rules shown in the video, first I tilt my head to the right so that my head and ear touch my shoulder, which makes me feel tension in my left shoulder and neck, then I tilt my head to the left side again so that I feel tension in my right neck and shoulder. I do this exercise 3 times in 20 seconds. Then I stretch with a towel on my neck again. While stretching with a towel, I also stretch once on the left side and once on the right side. I also do this 3 times in 20 seconds. According to the rules shown in the video.
I have been practicing this exercise for the past two days. Since doing this exercise treatment, I feel more relaxed than before. I practice this exercise several times a day. Because the exercise is gradually giving me relief.
Thank you very much for reading my post, let me know how you liked it in the comments. Thanks again everyone, stay well.
Best Regards
