Assalamu-o-Alikum Steemit Fellows!
Hopefully everyone will be great here and enjoying healthier and happier life with family and friends. By the grace of Almighty Allah, I am also good and delightful to share my participation. My dearest daughter is performing experiences on my behalf and she did great job by doing back pain exercises and Neck pain exercises. That's are my history basically that she is implemented practically to acknowledge how to relieve pain from those pains.
First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.
Well , Pain is an ugly sensory and emotional enjoy that signals actual or ability tissue harm. It serves as a protecting mechanism, alerting the frame to damage or harm. Pain belief entails stimulation of specialised nerve endings known as nociceptors, which transmit indicators through the spinal twine to the brain, in which the sensation is identified and processed. It is able to be motivated no longer simply by physical factors but additionally by way of psychological and emotional states.
Type of Pain and pathology.

Task 2: You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.
I am here to share my own history because with the kids we oftentimes experience bad experiences or sometimes in the passage of time after the 30+ age we also feel muscles or bones pains. Reasons behind of them experienced any incident or not care of ourself.

I also experienced late back one year's ago when my kids are in toddler age and I hadn't get time to proper take care of my self. That's cause severe pain in my back , my neck and my wrist arms. The pain arise especially in mid of int intense summer season and monsoon season when the humidity in the environment is to much and we feel old pains in our body. For that reliving, I bought these neck and wrist Medicated bands. I felt very relief whenever feel pain.
My back pain is because of two times c- sections during the delivery of my two kids and the neck pain is because of back pain respectively.
My wrist arms pain is because of Nestle water bottle which is too heavy falls on my hand while changing the water bottle from the dispenser. In every changing season, I feel pain and I wear these bands that's keep warm and tight up my muscles and then I feel better.
Cervical Stretches for Neck Pain
On my behalf, My elder dearest daughter performing exercises to get relieve from cervical Stretches for Neck Pain. This is very effective exercise to do for 5-10 minutes continuseally in a day for 2 times at least. That helps to reduce muscle pains , strengthen the neck and arm muscles and improve flexibility. The starches included neck , arm and shoulders rotations reduce stiffness and improve muscles effective working.
Low Back Pain & Hamstring and Calf Stretch

This pain is discomfort in the lower spine area, regularly resulting from terrible posture, muscle pressure, disc troubles, or sedentary life-style like as C-Sections to alleviate it, stretching exercises are encouraged because tight hamstrings and calves put greater strain at the lower again, worsening pain. These stretches enhance flexibility, reduce stiffness, and support spinal alignment.

I usually perform these exercises, every stretch for 20–30 seconds, repeat 2–three instances according to leg , and carry out the routine once or twice daily. regular practice for at the least 4–6 weeks can display development, however long-term each day stretching allows save us recurrence of back pain.
Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment.
I would thanks to my daughter who actively joined on my behalf and tried her best to perform proper postures of exercises
That's are all very exercises that keep our body fit and stress or pain free. By watching the Tutorial uploaded in the course work is really useful and I also learned new postures to relief from neck and back pain.

In the first question, you answer the question well, but you need to read the post thoroughly before publishing, as there are mistakes in 3rd paragraph. I didn't understand these lines.

Thank you for your review on my participation. Dear @ashkhan , I didn't need or use hot pack because these bands or wraps works of hoting towels before or during exercises. I had on-line purchased from Temu in last year. That's really effective and relieving.

Alright!! Yes , the above statement means that pain is felt when special nerves called nociceptors send signals to the brain, where sensation is recognized and acted upon. Pain is affected not only by physical injury but also by mental and emotional factors
