First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology

There is good connection between me and pain because I have gone through various type of pain since my childhood.

As I read above and according to my experience, Pain is like red signal which goes to mind and make it understand that your body part is not okay and you need to consume medicine to get relief.

There are many type of pain what I heard and felt about it.

Acute Pain : When you fall on ground or met with an any accident so you get wound internally or externally and pain will be generate around that wound and send signal to mind to understand that there is something which is hurting body part and you need to take medicine immediately to get relief and you can get relax with in few hours.

Chronic Pain : It is like pain when you are suffering from many months or year. Suppose you met with an accident and you got broke bone in that accident and later on pain has been started and it will be sustainable many years Even you are on medication.

Pathology : This play major role in any pain where as you are suffering from acute pain, Chronic Pain or any type of pain.

Because if you get injured so pathology plays major role to identify the area of body part where you get wound and pain is increasing so in that basis, doctor recommends exact medicine which will work on your pain.


You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.

There is no person who don't have any history of any pain. If I talk about patient so there is no far from me, it is my wife who suffers from chronic pain in whole body ache. Especially she has to bear legs pain , back pain very much.

History of My wife's Pain : Before marriage, She was going somewhere through bike and she met with an small accident and she had falled on ground, there was not major wound in that time but later on she started feeling back pain and legs pain.

If I talk about my self, So Sometimes I feel acute pain because of illness, I feel should pain, back pain headache .

Sometimes I feel that these pain became chronic pain because I am survival from past many years so according to me, sometimes acute pain becomes chronic pain.


It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment

As I said, my wife struggles from head ache, Neck pain, Back pain, legs pain infact whole body pain. So apart from medicine 💊, Few excercise works magical and give instant relief.

Stretching is very popular excercise to get relax on any part of body, Whenever she wakes up from bed, She feels pain around on shoulder, neck and sometimes head ache also, She does few stretching exercises:

I also do some stretching exercises at home because it gives relax and make me clam instant . I always feel pain on my neck and shoulder.
Trust me excercise is really important but it does not mean you have to make your body exhausted. Do small excercise for few minutes as much as you can easily.

Task 1 (1/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, and its types. But it would be better if you add the pathology of acute and chronic pain as well, because if I ask about the pathology or you can say pathophysiology of both types, you have to read the question carefully before answering. You can add a bit more explanation about acute and chronic pain. You write well in pathology, but I need to know the mechanism of our body when we suffer from pain in any condition.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)Yes, sometimes we ignore after an accident that nothing happens, but somehow it affects our body region, especially the lower region, if we fall on the backside. The best way to prevent this is visiting the doctor after accident and do a complete check up. I would suggest you to do neck stretches, knee to chest exercise and back presses to relieve pain.
Task 3 (5.85/6)I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions. You performed the exercise well, but it would be better to stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts, but in last stretch you have to place the towel below ear level not to the head level. That's good you're using body massager for pain and tightness reduction but always use for 5 to 10 minutes when you feel your muscles are tight otherwise it can affect muscle tone by continuous use.
