RE: "Team Europe" is ready...
Thank you very much for your great, encouraging words - it almost makes us blush a little.
Hihi, perhaps we should emphasise that this team has not yet been selected... ;-)
I do think we need support - in finding the European gems. We get around the platform a lot and see a lot, but of course we don't see everything. More about this in the following articles of the team (should it be selected).
Thanks also for your article (I've seen it and read it on mobile - maybe I'll manage to hop in today (tomorrow at the latest), it's a charming ‘advert’... :-))
Thank you and you can count on my support, whatever shape it morphs to (is necessary) :)
Well, I just shared my joy of knowing about this (new) initiative. I know we could do much better, plenty of room for improvement, from the nice place we have today it could be turned into a great and marvelous one :)
Have a lovely evening, hopefully the temperatures are better around you, here the mercury is hitting +40 C, I am so grateful our aircon works properly :)))
I had to wake up at 6 AM in order to complete my work outside in the garden and some parts of the house reconstruction still need to be completed, as in 9:00 it was around the 30C :(
😳
We are at about 20°C. Not exactly what most people want for summer, but I love the freshness in the far north!
S(emi-s)eriously I'd consider emigrating to Iceland if it keeps going like this :)))
From the top of my head... it was -3C in the night of 31 August/1 September when I was taking photos of Aurora Borealis there. Then, +24C in the afternoon of the day :)
Perfect :)))
Apart from my sensations, lmao, my gherkins and popcorn maize are growing perfectly so far. It's such a pleasure to pick vegetables I've grown myself, the taste can't be compared to anything coming from the store :) The cherry tomatoes are a bit late but I am starting to see some fruits.
My favorite summer salad is cherry tomatoes, fresh gherkins, green onions and portulak (only the fresh leaves - https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portulak) Portulak grows in abundance here, I can't get rid of it, actually, it's too invasive but awesome from nutritional/health perspective.
All those coming from our garden, then I add other ingredients just to make it differently each time ;)
