City De' Fitness International-Uyo

I have been visiting several places this past weeks and my main issue was pinning the location on steem atlas. It seems hard for me to pin it without making mistakes, I'll give it a try today so let's go. I visited City De Fitness international along Beneth Bassey lane here in uyo being my uncle's gym center.
I had several plans of visiting the place to build up myself but I couldn't because of school sessions and work stress.

The building is about 2 storeys which he paid for 2 space. Entering the gym you have to pass through different spots being the entrance and reception.

Getting space sections before reaching the reception area. The reception area allows registration, suggestions and many more.

The gym looks so complete with all the requirements available being massage, gym and yoga. Let's look around to know more about the place.

There's a big poster indicating the creed of the gym being improving the physical body and one's mental health.

The stand weight lift which is mainly for the back and chest improvement is kept by the entrance. Other equipments are also displayed and ready for use right in the gym center.

Yesterday was actually Thier trampoline day, so the trampoline equipment was used to perform different sets of exercise. I learnt alot there though while watching them jump on the trampoline.

Exercise is really essential in our daily routines. A day without exercise or burning if calories seem wasted. There are certain benefits of exercising which includes:

🦾 Strengthens the heart and muscles.
🦾 Reducing excess weight.
