A nice and neat feature of Vision Digital Eye Hospital is the shoe storage desk. There is a designated area before entering the main building where patients and visitors can leave their shoes and enter a sanitized and hygienic environment before entering.

This desk is organized, marked and maintained which is a positive aspect of the cleanliness and discipline of the hospital. We all entered by leaving our shoes outside. There is a piece of paper that says, "Please take off your shoes before entering."

The counter section or reception department of Vision Digital Eye Hospital is run very professionally and in a disciplined manner. Patients arriving here are greeted cordially and given proper guidelines for quick service.

The tasks of patient registration, serial taking and primary information collection are completed with efficiency and courtesy. The counter staff are accustomed to good behavior, which gives mental comfort to the patients and their relatives. There, they sit and wait on special sofas, which many people like. Another commendable aspect of Vision Digital Eye Hospital is its quiet VIP waiting area. This area is mainly reserved for those who want to wait for the doctor's serial in a quiet, relaxing environment. Especially when we went there with a few friends, we all found a nice place to chat.

There are comfortable sofas to sit there, light and airy rooms, and a quiet, tidy environment. This is a respectful initiative to protect the patient's peace of mind and dignity, which further enriches the overall quality of service of the hospital.

There are white lights. There are high volt fans for summer. They are always ready to serve people. Besides, there is a famous white chandelier overhead. It is used only at night.

But if special patients come, it is also introduced to show them. After that some of us were sitting there resting while a nurse in the hospital gave us all the colored tea. They may have maintained a kind of gentleness. I respect their politeness.
