When I reached the café the very first sight that welcomed me was the big signboard placed above the entrance of the café It was shining in bold letters declaring the name Quetta Commercial Caffe The board itself seemed like a gateway to a world of taste and gathering

As I entered the open area of the café I saw rows of Tables and Chairs beautifully arranged under the open sky People were sitting there enjoying Tea Parathas and different Snacks The cool breeze added freshness to the environment and the whole place was filled with laughter and casual conversations It felt like a social corner of the cIty where people forget the rush of Life and enjoy moments of peace and taste The Beauty of such outdoor cafés is that they give a chance to sit under the Sky share stories with Friends and enjoy the simple blessings of life Indeed it is a place where Food and Friendship go hand in hand

My Food Experience

On my table I had ordered a few items which truly define the taste of this café I received one hot lachha paratha one stuffed aloo paratha and a steaming cup of chai The lachha paratha was golden crispy and layered beautifully giving a delightful crunch with every bite The aloo paratha was soft filled with seasoned potatoes and had a homely taste that brought comfort The chai was rich strong and filled with aroma It warmed my heart and soul as I enjoyed every sip The taste was authentic and the prices were also very reasonable making this café affordable for all

One of the most beautiful sights was to see the tea master an elderly man who was passionately preparing chai on the gas stove Several mugs were placed on the fire and the boiling tea was bubbling with aroma He poured the tea into cups with skill and dedication His style showed that he has been doing this for years and this experience reflected in the taste of chai Another corner showed the paratha master working on the tandoor He handled the dough with expertise flattened it and cooked it until it became crispy and golden brown Watching him at work was like watching an artist shaping his masterpiece

The Young Waiter

I also noticed a young boy working as a waiter He was standing near the sink washing cups and plates with dedication This sight reflected how this café not only serves food but also provides opportunities for youngsters to earn and support their families His effort and energy added another layer of respect for this café in my heart

Staff and Teamwork

The café is managed by around Twenty hardworking individuals including One Cashier Two tea makers Two paratha cooks One dishwasher and the rest waiters Their teamwork is admirable because despite the rush every Customer is served on time with Respect and with a Smile on their faces This is the true spirit of Hospitality

The café provides both indoor and outdoor seating Safe drInkIng water Is avaIlable Service is fast and efficient The environment remains clean and hygienic which is very Important for any food outlet The lighting whether natural In the outdoor or electrIc in the indoor area makes the place bright lively and welcoming
