Its heart breaking to see such terrible condition of the most tax paying city, Karachi. I dont know why Karachi has such ill governance. Its the peak of negligence. Karachi does not deserve this negligence. I pray that this beloved city gets nothing but best from its people and its leaders. Ameen.
