Hello sister!

Fews years ago even I had the habit of crying for silly things and complaining about life but with time somewhere I saw to replace complaints with gratitude and then I changed myself alot. Now I always try to journalise my thoughts and be grateful for every small things in my life. And yes like you people we must avoid eating too much sugary foods and junk to remain healthy.
