Diary Game ||23-08-2025| How I Spent My Day Today

Dear Diary

Today being Saturday happens to be the last day of our Annual Youth Alive Convention (AYAC) which commenced Tuesday being 19th August 2025.
I woke up early today and commenced my day with devotion as usual, I took my bath immediately after the morning devotion. Since it is too early I dressed and left home to work without taking breakfast as usual.

Today's AYAC 2025 commenced even before my arrival as I got to Church late due to distance from home. My home is very far away from the Church as it is about 20 to 30 minutes drive, and the programme started around 6:00am which would required me living home early before 5:30 if at all I want to meet up with time, this is city and the insecurity here is very high as we have made several cases of people being murdered cold blood without knowing the how and why.

I first went upstairs to my office to pick up my writing materials and Bible, afterwards I returned downstairs to the Church auditorium and joined the ongoing AYAC live broadcast from the International Headquarters. Being the last day today, it was an Impartation service via the mystery of the Anointing Oil. The service was so impactful and a service to be much remembered.

After the service we had a briefing with the Pastors and also our usual weekly Saturday's Ministers prayer which is usually against the Sunday service. Afterwards, I stayed behind to planned and prepared the Sunday service programme schedule, announcement among others.

I later oberved some personal prayer time and studied my Bible and also continued in my sermon/message preparation for tomorrow being Sunday. It was indeed a good time as always staying with the Holy Spirit for inspiration and fellowship.

From the office I returned back home to picked my wife out to market to buy some food items, groceries and baby food. From the market we returned back home, and without resting I took advantage of available Electric power to iron our clothes against tomorrow's Sunday service. I prefer ironing our clothes by myself because several occasions I have not been gratified with the way and manner the commercial laundry here is, as far as I am concerned it is not always done to my taste.

After ironing I first and foremost had a refreshing shower before eating my dinner which was swallow and groundnuts soup which was cooked by my wife, and that was all for the day as the rest of my day was just with my family before I finally retired to bed.
