Childhood is the most enjoyable time for many people because at that time life feels carefree. During that time children experience rapid growth in various aspects, both physical, cognitive, and social to emotional. During that time the role of parents is very much needed and important for growth in the right direction. Every parent has a great responsibility and influence on the development of their children. Childhood is an important period in forming the foundations of a child's personality and abilities for the next life. Proper support from parents and the surrounding environment is very important to help children grow and develop optimally.

What kind of food is most suitable for the proper mental and physical development of a child?

In addition to support from parents and the environment in the development of children is also greatly influenced by other factors. Including healthy food and sufficient nutritional content is very important for child development. In the development of children, both physically and mentally, food factors also play an important role. Types of food that contain complete and balanced nutrition are needed by a child to develop optimally. So every parent must ensure that children must get nutritional intake according to the child's needs.

How can parents play a role in instilling good habits in children?

To instill good habits in children, every parent must be a good example in their daily attitudes and behavior. If a child sees bad attitudes and behavior from their parents, then the child will imitate it. Because with good understanding during childhood and proper support, of course parents can help children grow into healthy, happy, and potential individuals. Parents can teach children starting from small things but can have a good influence on their physical and mental development. Parents can invite children in daily activities such as preparing food or simply tidying up toys. That way children feel involved and responsible and have meaning in every activity they do.

What kind of effects does spending too much time on mobile or tablet have on children?

Nowadays, we often see parents who are wrong in educating their children from an early age. With the excuse that the child is not fussy and does not interfere with the work of the parents, they give a wrong teaching. One mistake that parents often make to calm their children is by giving them a cellphone. In fact, too much time spent with cellphones or tablets can have a negative impact on children. Not only does it interfere physically, but also psychologically, and socially. The negative impacts that can arise are impaired vision, sleep disorders, obesity, behavioral problems, difficulty concentrating, and social isolation. All of these impacts will result in suboptimal mental and physical development of children.

What kind of games or activities are most suitable for increasing confidence and creativity in children?

Some types of simple activities or games can increase children's creativity and self-confidence. However, it must be noted that the activities and games are suitable or appropriate for the child. Because there are some activities or games that are suitable for certain children but not suitable for other children. Parents play a very important role in finding activities and games that support their child's development. In addition to games, it is also important for parents to create an environment that supports children's creativity. Providing free time to play freely with children to giving praise for their efforts.
