Goodmorning friends how are you all? I hope you will be safe and sound in your life and i am again here to discuss about kids health in which i will discuss about some tips to keep our children healthy and happy.

MY MORNING AND KIDS

Today i woke up early in the morning about 6:02 and first of all i took ablution and then went for morning prayer in the nearest mosque and after few minutes i offered prayer with the other people and then came back to my home where i changed my clothes for exercise and then went for exercise to the nearest park named fiza park.

When i reached in the park i saw that there were many people in the fiza park and they were walkimg and talking with their friends and were looking very happy so i also started morning walk and completed within few minutes.

  • After that i went to the kids section of fiza park where i saw many kids who were playing in the garden so i was enjoying with the kids and i saw that some kids were playing on the green grass and some were playing on slides

HEALTH AND OUT DOOR PLAY

Parents shouldn't ignore the importnace and power of out door play because this is very important thing for the kids and their health . We should encourage the kids while they are playing and climbing on the trees in the parks and drigging in the dirt.

By doing so we can increase their confidence level and we can make them ready for the world.

A confident child is far better than under confident child. So we should enhance the confidence level of our kids by encouraging them while they are playing outside the door .

SCREEN TIMING AND EFFECT ON KIDS HEALTH

Some parents allow the kids to watch movies and cartoons on the mobile and laptops and their kids often spend long time on screen . This activity is not bad but the thing is that access of everything is bad.

  • Screening is not itself a bod activity because it creates the new ideas in the brains of kids and helps them to sharp their brains but access of screening is bad.

We should limit the screen timing of kids and we also have glance while they are using mobile phones and laptop because today's children have everything available at the touch of finger tips and we should keep a glance so that they couldn't get access to aduld material in internet.

FOOD HABITS

We should also think seriously about the food habits of our kids because some parents allow their kids to eat unhealthy food in schools and in markets which is not good act.

  • We should teach our kids to avoid unhealthy food like candies and lolypop and other oily products available in markets. We should teach them about benefits of fruits and milk and other natural and organic food.

Fruits are very suitable and healthy diet for kids and we should provide them fruits and natural food and teach them about their benefits.
