FIRST QUARTER AWARDING CEREMONY, HONORING YOUNG ACHIEVERS

Every school year, the young learners encountered varied challenges in their education journey. Average students were just relax and just aim for a passing grade while others really aim for high grades for them to get recognized and get an award. The first quarter is the foundation of the whole school year, it is indeed challenging because they had to have a higher grade so they will have a good start.

To celebrate my student's hardwork and perseverance,we had a quarterly awarding ceremony. Last school year, we will do it every card day so we can also recognize the parents. Since, we already had new principal everything changed. So, we just award it a day before the card day without the parents because of some reasons. Honoring young achievers really made them feel joy, pride and gratitude.

Certificates were given to students who got an average grade of 90 above. And they were categorized as follow:

• With Honor - 90-94
• With High Honor - 95-97
• With Highest Honor - 98-100

I also gave an award to those students who got a grade of 88-89 as Achievers. And to those learners who came to school everyday were given a certificate of recognition as Perfect of Attendace.

In the end, the said awarding was more than a distribution of certificates, it was a celebration of dreams, hardwork and determination. It was indeed a reminder and serves as inspiration and motivation for everyone. And education is indeed a shared journey, and every single step is worth honoring.
