One picture, a thousand stories - Wk19

Last week is such a busy week. I had to prepare and finish all my task because exam week is already fast approaching and I will be more busy because I had to make grades for my 5 sections. After that long and tiresome week, there is nothing more comforting than being with the best people. And is a perfect way to relax and recharge.
On the picture above, it is me holding the bowling ball. We decided the whole family to go to SM Seaside and relax and tried their bowling. Its my second time and I really enjoyed the game. And the picture reminds me that even in my busy sched, I can still comfort myself through this little things.
For me, that perfect escape and spending quality time with family is really a need for my mental health. Yes, we dont have a luxury of money but sometimes we have to invest for our mental health. We had to relax sometimes to recharge and so we will be ready for the coming days.
Playing bowling is not just about playing games, but it is something about building yourself and creating good memories with your loved ones, sharing laughter even we had encountered so many trials in the past few weeks and enjoying each others company.
Bowling is indeed a perfect game for your family. It doesnt matter if you are young or old, nor expert or not, since you are just going to roll the ball. It is also a perfect time to discipline the kids and has a value of being sportsmanship that even they will loss or hit the bottle, it is just okay, what matter most is the enjoyment and the experience. The bright lanes of the bowling center, great music, and good energy from the players add positive vibes.
Aside from the fun and all, it also serves as good physical activity. It will make us sweat and stretch our arms. The stretching of arms and throwing of balls allow us to release tension from the stressful week.
At the end of the day, we enjoyed the company and we were able to distress ourself from a very stressful week and it is so refreshing to start the week with that.
Thank you for reading.
