RE: Loneliness and it's pain

How are you friend?

"loneliness is like a virus 🦠 that keeps growing inside you"

This is a perfectly valid proverb that your father said. Anyway, the things our elders said are absolutely correct and in today's era, when the situations we face, we remember that our elders had said very good things and had spoken the truth. But we do not believe them at that time when they are with us and explain and tell us. According to my theory, a person becomes lonely when he loses someone very close or dear to him, then he goes into very deep thoughts and likes solitude. In solitude, a person is alive, but he is not living. He is just spending his days, hoping that somehow these days will pass and he will sleep forever and find peace. The way you explained the reasons why people go into solitude and then also told us how to get out of these reasons is very good. You have discussed this truth with us in a very good way. A similar incident happened to me once in my life. At that time, I felt as if my world had ended. What am I doing even if I am alive? I should not be alive. But the way you told me that we can come together and share our thoughts with someone and get out of this tutoring, my family members treated me in exactly the same way. They tried to keep me very happy and used to talk about what I thought so that I would not get too depressed. I have also faced a very difficult situation, but finally, with the help of my friends and family members, I was able to get out of this time. This is your post which reminded me of that time and It made me feel like I was reliving that time. Thank you very much for your post and for inviting me. Always be happy and prosperous and may Allah never put you in such a situation. Good luck 😊.
