This photo was shot of my younger brother on July 20 2025 the day he began working from home as a doctor. Years of silent hardships and agonizing memories were contained in that one moment. When our mother passed away he was just in class 2. We also lost our father in class six. Life took a drastic turn after that. Only suffering no consolation no assistance. But he clung to it. He bravely endured every hardship while secretly hoping to don that white cloak someday.

He never ceased working hard despite the poverty and worries we were surrounded by. He remained hopeful despite his frequent hunger and exhaustion as he studied late into the night. He had nothing but drive while others had support. This picture is more than simply a snapshot; it tells the tale of a little orphan who found strength in his tears. I cried when I saw him standing wearing Stethoscope filled with pride and love rather than grief.

Because it captures a lengthy journey of suffering endurance and prayer this image is extremely special. On July 20 2025 the first day of my brother's housework it was taken. It felt like a dream come true at that time. In class 2 he lost our mother and in class 6 he lost our father. Life started to become depressing and difficult. Despite poverty hardship and lack of support he persisted in his studies. The results of his unspoken sacrifices are seen in that image.

Yes our entire family found it to be a very unique occasion.
