Application For Steemit Challenge Season 25: Be Fit To Enjoy Your Wealth

Dear Steemit team,

It is my delight to submit my application for Steemit challenge for season 25. This is in response to your update here wherein you invited either individuals or teams to apply for this challenge. I will like to take part in this season as a fitness instructor.

This application is necessitated by the saying that when someone ignores his or her health and only focus on acquiring wealth, soon, his or her wealth will be squandered by an enemy. Therefore, following a routine of fitness that still allows us to continue with our pursuit of wealth can help us to enjoy both our health and wealth. This is why I will like to encourage everyone to take his or her fitness journey seriously through a simple and easy to follow schedule as can be seen below for the period of 6 weeks of this upcoming season.

My Profile as a fitness Instructor

I am @ngoenyi here on Steemit. For the past 3 years, I have been on my fitness journey and I have been a fitness instructor for the past one year. I am also a member of The Association of Fitness, health wellness Instructors of Akwaibom State here in Nigeria which has exposed me to various programs and fitness events, helping me to gain more experience in fitness as an instructor.

I also have a fitness group that I Train off chain every Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at a well known location in my city of residence. So, I organise and arrange weekly fitness programs according the needs of my clients.

I have on 2 seasons of this Steemit challenge, been selected to present fitness schedules for 6 weeks in each of those seasons and both of them recorded great successes. I am therefore willing to take it on again.

A Draft Schedule For The 6 Weeks Fitness Challenge

Here, I present a simple and easy to follow draft for the 6 weeks challenge which I believe most users if not all will be able to take on and benefit from and I have designed it in a way that both those who are new to fitness, or who are old will love to follow it, after all, who wouldn't want to be fit to enjoy his or her wealth? Smiles 😊!

In each of the weekly schedule, participants will be required to record a video that highlights all the programs, excluding rest periods but including both dynamic and static stretches they took on before and after their training.

Week 1

Tasks

  1. Participants are to carry out all weekly programs as scheduled above. They can be done in one day for the purpose of this challenge but it is recommended that the programs be spread for at least, 3 days in a week for maximum benefits. They are to record a video of them carrying out these programs and Upload them accordingly to show when they are actually carrying out these programs and at most 4 pictures to back up the actions.

  2. They are to explain their experiences in detail

Note that participants are to source for dumbbells. They will determine the kgs they can carry. If the conventional dumbbells are not within their reach, they can create one for themselves by filling any plastic bottles with either sand or water or look for another alternative. Dumbbells must be 2 for the both hands

How Winners Will Be Selected

My judgement will be based on the videos that the participants will upload which must have included highlights of all the programs for the week and their action pictures.

Exercise is essential for people to stay healthy. Therefore, I highly appreciate your challenge. Some people don't know the correct exercise method for their age. If you can be concerned about that, I believe that will be a great help to the Steemians.

We can't steem without a fitted and healthy life hence the need of exercise is necessary when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The above exercise are crucial especially in this rainy season and I hope you'll have the chance to lead us weekly..
