Creative Writing: My Hair Care

Hello family. Today has really been a long and boring day for me. I spent my entire day at home. At least I actually had a chance to rest and take care of myself. Yesterday, I didn't go to school because my exams were cancelled, so I stayed home and took care of my hair. I started by losing my braids. I've been carrying the braids for a month and two weeks and I really got tired of it. I asked my mum to assist in losing the hair.

My mum helped to cut the attachment so it will be easier and faster to loose. My sister also cane around to assist. We kept chatting while at it. I was really a good moment. My mum complained that my hair was dirty.

With mum's and sister's assistance, I was able to loose my hair in less than an hour. I felt very relived when I finished loosing my braids. I combed my hair and took some selfie with it. My hair is really growing but it's not as thick as I'd like it to be. It's not as thick as I want it to be.

My mum helped me wash my hair. I used my homemade shampoo. The shampoo was prepared by me. I also used warm water to help remove the dirt easily. I enjoyed the session. I didn't mind that I was squatting the entire time.

I applied conditioner to soften the hair and also stop breakage. I had my bath afterwards. My mum also weaved my hair after I had my bath. I like the way she handled my hair. She made sure that it didn't hurt. She also applied the hair oil. It was getting late, so I asked her to hurry up with the hair, so she'll have to rest.

It's very essential to take care of your hair as a lady. Most of the time, I just love to stay natural. I wish to carry my weaving for about a week before going back to style. I hope you enjoyed my blog. Do have a good night's rest.
