Friends, today all of you are very welcome in this post of mine. Hope you all will be healthy and safe. Today I have brought my great recipe in this beautiful competition. Hope you all like my recipe. We all eat different samosas. Samosas are made in many ways and with different different materials. Today I am telling you how to make samosas with potatoes and peas. Samosas made of potatoes and peas also look very tasty to eat.

Samosa masala | 1 packet |
Salt | Half tsp |
Water | as needed |
STEP - 1
First of all, we have to take peas and potatoes to make samosas of peas and potatoes. We have to pour water in a cooker and when the water is hot, pour the potatoes and peas to boil. We have to tie the lid of the cooker so that potatoes and peas boil well. Potatoes and peas have to be taken out in a vessel after boiling.
STEP - 2
Now we have to soak the potatoes in cold water so that we do not feel hot while removing the peels of the potato. All potato peels have to be taken out. Then we have to mash the potatoes and peas in a vessel.
STEP - 3
Now we have to cut onion, green chillies, coriander and mint. Put oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. After that, we have to add chopped onions and green chillies to fry for a while.
STEP - 4
After that, we have to put the potato peas kept mashed. Then we have to add some salt and samosa masala. After adding this spice, we do not need to add any separate spices. Putting this spice makes the taste good. Then we have to add green coriander and mint and mix well and cook for a while.
STEP - 5
The material we have to make samosa has to let us stay for a while so that it cools down. Till there, we have to take flour in a bowl and make a rhythm by adding water to the flour. We will use it to stick samosa while making samosa. Then we have to take a strip of samosa and come and give samosa. After that we have to add masala and make samosa. In this way we have to make all samosas.
STEP -6
So in this way I have made many samosas here. Whenever we eat samosas, we can remove it from it and fry it in oil. If we want to keep samosa, then we can keep it in the fridge in the box. It does not deteriorate in the frame. So the potato peas are ready here. Now I finish my recipe here. Then you will meet thanks with new energy with a new recipe.
