Contest : 🥰 Elderly-parents🥰

Hello 👋🏽 friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in a contest organize by @afrinn which is titled "Elderly-parents"

Well my answer to this question varies as if I want to give a quick answer it might be provoking rather than satisfying, at some point some people might believe that the grand kids to the elderly should take care of them, while some people believes that the elderly should be taken care of by their own children while some believes that employing an external person for the job is crucial

To answer this question, it is important to clarify that the grandchildren will have school and society to worry about, and the elderly's immediate children also have work and parenthood to worry about. Therefore, I agree with the third group that the elderly should be cared for by an externally employed person.

Our elderly parents in society have seen and done more than enough for its development, shaping our life lessons and the society we see today. They deserve our respect and care.

I thank God that our government, especially in Akwa Ibom State, they took a bold step to ensure our elderly parents receive free medical checkups and treatment throughout the state. This is what they deserve, and our government understands and provides for their needs.

We all know that when a person is old, he or she becomes weak and unable to carry some of the activities he or she has been doing during the youthful age, so it is up to us the young ones to stand up and protect their rights and interest that's the only effective way we can protect both their dignity and provide them with assured security.

For the start just like I gave an example earlier, our governments had of course showed us the way that the only way to protect their mental and physical health is by taking care of their medical bills, which has been proven to be effective as a lot of our elders have been taken care of and some even live more than expected still looking strong and jumpy.

Our elders have tried their best in noturing us to become adults so it is now our turn to give back to them by taking care of them till the time the get to meet their pilot face to face.
