Today (30/07/2025) Routine.

Yesterday, i fell down in bathroom badly and my entire weight fell on my leg and knees, which made me feel very bad. I immediately told my daughter, and she immediately applied whatever ointment she had available. The night passed. At first, I was not feeling any pain, but in the middle of the night, the pain started to be very severe. I did not wake up my children, but I was worried because it seemed as if I had been injured more ,i didn't able to sleep at night. As soon as I did it, morning came and as soon as morning came, I first sat on the lawn and then after that, as soon as I woke up, I told my daughter that I think I have been injured more. She said, first, have breakfast, then after that I will take you to the doctor.

Morning.	Breakfast.

Well, I washed my face and hands and my feet were numb, but as soon as I sat down after having breakfast, my feet suddenly started to ache and now I was not even able to get up and walk. I couldn't even take a step.Then, my brother called me and I told him. After a while, my brother came to my house with his family.He kept asking me to take you to the doctor but I didn't want to go to the doctor I knew he would help me but I didn't want to go to the doctor I knew I had a little swelling because my brother's son is a nurse so he brought me some medicine after asking the doctor he told me that applying it will make a big difference to you well my children were also there so they immediately made tea for them and after sitting with them for

A while I felt much better it wasn't as bad as I was feeling at night. But the swelling in my feet is bothering me a lot more.When my daughter called, I told her, and she told me that she also had a bad headache.I was wondering what was going on.My daughter was very worried about me and she came to my house a short while ago. She had just arrived when I told her am better. Then his sugar level was taken to the doctor because he was not feeling well at all due to too much sweets and his eyes were also very swollen. I was worried about him but I was worried about myself.Just like my nephew told me how to elevate my feet by applying medicine, my daughter did the same as he told.

In the evening.

My feet relaxed for a while, so I also woke up. I slept for a while and woke up, but the pain in my feet was quite severe. My daughter helped me to go to the washroom. I was also afraid while going. This was normal because I had fallen there. I was afraid .I asked my daughter to cook food. I said, "I am also sitting. If you give me vegetables, we will cut them." In short time my daughter came from the clinic and after injection her headache is quite better She had some food in her hand that she had brought for me. I did not want to eat, but she brought it because my test would change. So I told her that the test was very strange from last night.

Along with her, after a while, my daughter also moved to her own house. Now my daughters are at home.My daughter start washing the dishes and then cooked the food. After cooking the food, she set the table. I didn't feel like eating, but I ate a little so that I could take my medicine. After eating, she took me back to room house with her.Apply bam and then give me some painkillers.That i can eat and sleep peacefully. Last night I couldn't sleep because of the pain, but today as soon as I went to bed, I had fallen asleep quickly.
