I really enjoyed seeing the Rosh recipe. Actually, goat and sheep are usually cooked at our weddings and at the homes of our relatives and friends. This is done in our country. The meat of these animals is cooked in a very tasty, salty and juicy way. However, since this dish is popular in Lahore and Punjab, Pakistan, I will also make it at home and taste it.
