Please, thank you and excuse me, three magic words that make coexistence much easier, every child and adult should know them, they are basic rules of education, however, it does not always happen this way and that causes many inconveniences.

I agree that we should put ourselves in the child's place, listen to why he/she is upset and then, when he/she is calmer, advise him/her.
