Here's with going to share very famous, healthy , cultural and traditional dish which is especially cooked on special events like Eid-ul-Adha, Family gatherings and on marriage ceremonies to celebrate happiness with family and friends
Narrative & Human Story
The name of the #recipe is Roash which is also can call with Namkeen Ghost For his Goat or Lamb meet is especially used to cook it. Because it's taste delicious, healthy and free of cholesterol. It's most popular in the #pakistan city of Balochistan and Peshawar It's populated is not limited within a boundaries now it's fond to eat in especially Punjab and all other the regions of Pakistan country. It's full of salty and juicy flavour. And most delectable among in kids because of less spicy and rich of protein as well.
Recipe (ingredients + steps)
The ingredients are very simple and easy to cook. We used meet of Lamb , Onion, Tomatoe, Garlic, Green chilli, Salt , Black pepper, tumeric powder, cumin and coriander powder.
Looking forward the steps to making the process of Roash or Namkeen Ghost of Lamb.

We have taken the big and bones pieces of lamb. That's develop inside salty and juicy taste. For this , we firstly add the half cup of oil and 1 table spoon salt in the cooking pot and then fried untill show the light brown the lamb meet for the time period of 10 minutes under the moderate flame.

When the meets become golden brown then we will add without cutting one Onion, Tomatoe Garlic and only one green chili. We just need thier taste from inside them. Then add little spices are added. Within more 5 minutes we will fried it.

We will add half mug of water inside the cooking pot. And then mixed it well . We will put on pressure for 25 minutes at least to cook deeply and develop soft and juicy taste. After completing time of cooking, Our Roash or Namkeen Ghost is ready to serve.

The traditional and cultural dish is ready . That's so healthy, tasty, salty and juicy. That's good for each age group because of delicious taste and less spicy.

I really enjoyed seeing the Rosh recipe. Actually, goat and sheep are usually cooked at our weddings and at the homes of our relatives and friends. This is done in our country. The meat of these animals is cooked in a very tasty, salty and juicy way. However, since this dish is popular in Lahore and Punjab, Pakistan, I will also make it at home and taste it. Vah ji vaah, we have a Pakistan in our side too and we the Punjabis eat meat too. Maybe we call it Rogan Josh but being a vegetarian for last couple of decades, I have forgotten the taste. Your recipe sounds great!

I was not a vegetarian all my life but I gave up on request of my daughter. I know the taste of all meats even if I stopped it now. Cheers, I am a Punjabi basically from Lahore!

You have cooked a wonderful and delicious recipe named Rosh. Literally a few days ago I listened to this dish for the first time.
My friend suggested to cook rosh on Eid. We all friends agreed on this. But it was the first time to cook this dish.
We cooked it with the meat of the make goat. We followed the same method and it became a delicious namkeen dish. We all enjoyed it.

this Roash looks absolutely delicious and full of flavor! In Pashtoon culture too we love Namkeen Gosht especially during family gatherings and Eid.
