Happy Sunday to all steemians, I'm very pleased and excited in running in this nice contest. I really thanks steemkids & parents community for this cooking skills opportunity given to parents and kids it's really helpful in our kitchen skills some one like me I learn in others contestants cooking most especially in foreign delicacy. This morning 🌞 after saying my prayers and doing my morning duty, I went to the market to buy food store and the food I eaten this morning going to the market was very easy because I used motorcycle so I can be fast and make the food ready before 9:00am.Today I will be sharing with you on how melon soup is been prepared.
Ingredients I used in preparing melon soup are: melon, cubes known, onga cube, crayfish cube, red oil, fresh red pepper 🌶️, water leaf 🌿, crayfish, onion, salt, fresh fish, stock fish and bitter leaf 🌿

Step by steps that I took in cooking melon soup
I started by pounding my crayfish with the red pepper after I was done pounding, I parboiled my fresh ice fish and stocks fish adding my onga cube and a little salt with red pepper then after some seconds I put it down and put my big pot in my gas cooker and added red oil with my granded melon and turn it until the melon was mixed well after some seconds I added small water and keep turning untill I get the melons color after then I added my ingredients with water leaf and my ice fish with stock fish and half cup of water 💧 after some seconds I added my bitter leaf and wanted for few seconds then I put down my pot of soup

I boiled my water for making garri after my boil water was ready I then make my garri .
