Boodle fight Dinner with Husband's side of Family

Hello, dear friends today, I'll be sharing about this beautiful time when we had this boodle fight dinner with my husband's family.
My sister's boyfriend brought lots of ready-to-bake cake flours and she even asked me to bake some for that specific event. I forgot that the name of this yellow cake but the red one is red velvet and the brown one is choco moist cake.

My baking is not perfect. I never knew how to make it perfect though. But since only teh family will eat them, it's already good enough.

Anyway, I forgot to take a picture of my choco moist cake but I managed to take some shots while preparing the batter.

Nanay, Ate Inday, Ate Nene, Jovane, and Juvy cooked and prepared the food while I and the kids are just waiting on the side. I cannot help them yet, my son is very clingy with me and he cries when e noticed that I am not around him. Possessive ain't he? I hope he still does the same even when he grows up.

We have a quite huge population here; Ate Nene, my sister-in-law has her boyfriend with her and she had 5 kids, Ate Inday also had her boyfriend and she had three kids, Jovane had his wife, Juvy and they only had a daughter. I have my husband and we have three kids and oh, there's Nanay and Tatay too! sadly, Joren, Dodod and Adam was not around for the family to be complete.

I took selfies with the kids; Czak is curious about what his cousins are doing, and Renren is fond of making wired and funny faces!

The table is all set; yet everyone wanted to take pictures first but Tatay said he is very hungry already so he went ahead and ate, never caring what the kids are doing around him. (we are all kids for him)

The food is very simple, we are poor so food such as this one are one of the most common food that we eat, but what natter most in this event is the togetherness of everyone.

Tatay is very focused inhis eating , LOLs! I bet he'll have a good laugh seeing himself in this picture, haha.

While eating, I roamed around and took some more pictures, here is Vani, doing his signature pose, and the kids beneath him are very focused on eating.

Busy digging food, they did not notice me stealing pictures. But I love candid pictures more.

After dinner, everyone had dessert! Ate nene made some salad and everyone enjoyed it! And since all the seats were taken, Nanay and Ate Nene sat on the floor while having dessert.

Now the table is clear, everyone is full, good thing we only used a few dishes and the banana leaf will be thrown outside, no hassle in washing teh plates.

Everyone was full, and we all had a great time. It's very seldom for the family to be complete so we cherished the moments that we are together and made good memories with them.
