Cruelty to animals should not be tolerated under any circumstances. If anyone does violence to them, action should be taken against him. It should be stopped legally. If you see that an animal has been a victim of a road accident, then catch it and take it to the hospital. And here is the link to my post to resteem upvote and follow me

Hola amigo, como dices no hay que permitir el maltrato hacia los animales y las leyes deben ser mas duras.
