Self-Care
Hello good night to all steemit friends wherever you are, how are you today? Hopefully we are all still in good health and can carry out all activities well. On this occasion, I tried to join a weekly contest held by my friend @graceleon with the theme "Self-Care"
I live a normal daily life, just like most people. I feel like it's just a normal life, nothing special. I work as a teacher at a high school in my hometown. I live a happy and comfortable life with my beloved family. I spend every day with my family and my best friends. They are my inspiration, and I strive to do my best to make them happy. I also always strive to do things that make me happy personally. Of course, I am grateful for the life I live and the people who always care about me.
For me, health is very important and must be well maintained. Because with good health, I can carry out various tasks and routines without hindrance. If my health deteriorates, it will certainly hinder all daily activities. Thank God, to date, I have never been hospitalized. However, that doesn't mean I'm never sick. When I feel unwell, I will buy medicine at the pharmacy. I am grateful for the health that God has given me and find the strength to face various challenges every day. Every day, I learn about the importance of self-care and how it can affect my health. Maintaining health means eating nutritious food, sleeping well, and avoiding bad habits.
Exercise is also an activity I do, although rarely due to limited time. Therefore, I routinely do light exercise like walking every morning. After performing the obligatory morning prayer at the nearest mosque, I walk home, even if it's only for a few minutes. However, it has a positive impact on my overall health. This light exercise makes me feel refreshed, allowing me to carry out my daily tasks. I believe that maintaining a healthy body doesn't require strenuous exercise like working out at the gym. Sometimes, strenuous exercise isn't appropriate for a person's age. Exercise can help prevent diseases like diabetes and heart disease, but regular walking in the morning or evening is also very beneficial.
Sleep is another important thing for me, so I always try to get enough rest to stay healthy. When I don't get enough sleep, I feel tired and experience various problems, which can make me irritable. I try to go to bed earlier at night so I can wake up earlier in the morning. I've read various articles that state that not getting enough sleep or sleeping too late can lead to various health problems. I try to establish a consistent sleep schedule so my body gets used to going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. I also avoid bad habits that can harm my health, such as smoking or drinking alcohol. I'm aware of the negative impact these habits have on my health, so I'm committed to avoiding them.
To maintain my health, I strive to maintain a healthy and regular diet. Food that contains complete and balanced nutrition is certainly very important for the body. I enjoy spending time with friends, hanging out and having fun together. Socializing with the community is certainly important for maintaining mental health. Besides family, friends are an important part of me because they are always there when needed. As a teacher, reading and writing are inseparable parts of my daily life. I enjoy reading to broaden my knowledge because I gain a lot of knowledge. I occasionally engage in self-care to maintain my health. Relaxing and unwinding is one of the most effective ways to stay motivated in life.

llevas una vida extrardinaria aunque te parezca común.
T e ves tan enfocado en lo realmente importante: familia, amigos, trabajo y lo más importante tu relación con Dios como prioridad en tu vida. Eso es todo lo que está bien.
Caminar a diario, alimentación balanceada, reir con amigos y disfrutar de la compañía de tu esposa e hijo es lo más lindo que hay.
Aparte como profesor estas consciente de que debes estudiar a diario para cultivar el intelecto y siempre tener algo fresco para enseñar a tus alumnos.
