Celebrating 61st Birthday of Our Brother in Christ

Hi friends! It's been almost a week since I lost something on my account. Actually, I have been adjusting again on my body since I am on 7th week pregnancy.

Today is Sunday. We are in the church the whole morning until noon. We are attending Sunday school and Sunday worship from 9am to 12noon.

After the church service, we celebrate the birthday of our brethren. We bought cake early in the morning and my husband cook pork sinigang. Pork sinigang is a pork soup which is a little bit spicy but nutritious with some vegetables.

My husband offers some words of victory for the day's service. He thanked the Creator for his achievement the whole week. He also shared some struggles that he overcome because of the Almighty 's help.

After the closing prayer, we sing a birthday song to Brother Remegio. We pray for him first. We lighted the candle and he makes wishes. We do photo opportunity with his biological brother. He is very happy because we didn't say anything about our preparation to surprise him.

We also do groufie together as a remembrance on his birthday. We pray for the foods together and eat then. We had on the table;

• Rice
• The small cake
• Sinigang pork
• A soda of drink

The cake's icing melt. The words written on the cake cannot be read. But it's okay. Our celebrant likes the cake and I let him bring the cake in their house. After lunch, we parted ways and went home to our home.

I am craving lechon baboy with it's crunchy chicken. When I about to fetch my daughter from my mother's house, I passed by a lechon house and ordered a budget meal lechon pork with a drink.
