I am Preparing My Documents for the Application for Promotion

Today August 15, I went to the school where I took some subjects in Masteral. Yesterday, I received a memo about the new hiring for promotion in teacher III. I am currently a Teacher 1 in our school and I wanted to apply to a promotion after 7 years of being a Teacher I.

I was a bit doubt because we are only given 1 week to process all the documents needed. All the requirements can be filed except for my transcript of records in Masteral because it takes 7-10 days for them to release my requested documents.

With hope and determination, I went to the city where my school located. I rode a river bus metro ferry in crossing the city. The appointment is online but I have to pay on the cashier's corner and settle the subject that I didn't have grades.

When I arrived, I listed all the things that I have to finished. Then I went to registrar first to check my requested documents. I am not allowed to take some photos inside the registrar's office. There are so many students and alumni came. The staff told me that they cater 1,000 TOR requests per day that is why it took so long to processed 1 request.

Then, I went to cashier's office and paid my balance which is 8,310.00 (1,038 STEEM). It has been year 2017, or 8 years since my last schooling. I am still single at that time and I carried My maiden name.

Lastly, I went to College of Education Department. I have to settle my one subject with no grade. Thanks God, they fill in my blank grade. This has been my worry 8 years ago, but now I can breath about this matter.

After I settled my concern inside the University, I look for a cold drinks outside. I felt thirsty. While waiting for my motor taxi to came, I ordered Choco drink worth 35.00 or approximately 4 STEEMS.

In going home, from motor taxi, I rode river bus again then I went back to my work. I compile my requirements. Looking in to the papers, whatever happens, atleast I've tried applying. I believe there are a time for everything.
