In our first meeting, we just stayed on our advisory class. We introduced classroom routines and expectations, and helped the learners adjust their new grade level. This week sets the tone for a year full of learnings and great memories.

The last part of our class orientation is election of officers. But before choosing I reminded them to choose the best. To help them choose the best, I told them the task in each officers. I see to it that they will choose the right one.

Why choose the best?

Choosing the best classroom officers is an important task to make. The officers will help the adviser make the classroom well-organized and productive. The elected officers are expected to be their classmate's role model, assist the adviser as well as the subject teachers, promote discipline, teamwork, and unity. With the best leaders, everything will move smoothly and so easy. Its sets a foundation of a successful and great school year.

From afternoon shift, I transfered to morning shift so I can fetch this little angel of mine who always wanted that I will be the one to fetch her.
