Mobile sound suddenly stops? Try changing these 2 settings!
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all?
Many instances it takes place that when we use our mobile, the sound abruptly stops. Sometimes we can be looking a video or paying attention to a music, and on the equal time, the song stops. When we face this problem, lots of us flip off the mobile after which restart it. In some instances, this solves the problem, but every now and then it doesn't.
Actually, the reason for this is a fault in your mobile settings. Unknowingly, some settings are turned on, due to which the sounds of our mobile are turned off.
So in today's post, I will show you two such settings. If you fix these two settings, this problem with the sound of your mobile will no longer occur.
Let's take a look.

Solution 1: Accessibility Settings
One of the main causes of this problem is an option in Accessibility Settings. To fix this, follow the steps below:
- First, go to your phone's Settings.
- Find the option called 'Shortcut & Accessibility' there. (On many phones, it may only be written 'Accessibility').
- Inside it, click on 'Accessibility' again.
- Scroll down a little and you will find an option called 'Audio Adjustment'. Click on it.
- Here, you will see an option called 'Mono Audio' turned on. Your job is just to turn it off.
Solution 2: Setting Developer Options
If the above step does not resolve your issue, follow this second step. For this, we have to go to developer options.
For those who don't have developer options enabled:
First, go to Settings > About phone > Software information. There, your developer option will be enabled by clicking on 'Build Number' 7-8 times
Now the main task:
- Return to Settings again and find 'Developer Options' (it is usually inside the System menu).
- Enter Developer Options and keep scrolling down.
- After searching for a while, you will see an option called ‘Disable absolute volume’. If it is turned on, then you must turn it off.
- Along with this, another option called ‘Disable USB audio routing’ may also be turned on in many phones. If so, then turn it off too.
Once you fix these two settings, the problem of automatic sound loss on your mobile will be solved.
