The Diary Game [11/10/2025] Attended Sunday service ahead of time due to the upcoming presidential elections in Cameroon onthe 12th October,2025.

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from me to you all on this amazing platform.Today is another awesome day in my country where everyone is ready for Cameroon presidential election tomorrow 12th October,2025. All the citizens in my country is rooting for change .The current president has stayed in power for 43years now .

But still chooses this year despite his old age and longevity in leadership to go in for presidential elections with 11 opposition candidates.All together Cameroon is having 12 candidates going in for presidential election.There is tension in Cameroon as everyone want a change in hand in leadership.Encouraging everyone to support Issa Tchroma Bakary and opposition candidate to Cameroonians to feel that change.Today 11th October 2025, places are very calm .

There is restriction movement as people are indoors in my locality northwest region of Cameroon.Only few people could be seen at the street .You only see military men parading at the street with amoc cars in preparation for election the next .According to them, they are trying to maintain peace and order before the election.Eventhough, most civilians are indoors scared to come out for the fear of the unknown.

During the afternoon period I had to prepare food fast and start preparing to attend Sunday service but today .Since , the presidential election is today .Due to insecurity in some of the regions the church have decided .Sunday service should be attended but today .In my locality church service will start at 4:30pm and ends at 6:00pm for security purpose .By this time I was done preparing Egusi Soup and boil rice .

We all have to take lunch first before preparing for church service today . My kids sisters , my kids and I prepared by 4:00pm to leave the house for church service.We left the house and by 4:20pm , we arrived the Catholic Church in our locality were we fellowship.

While on our way to church what we discovered that the street were very dry .Only few people could be seen at the moment especially Christians going to their various churches to fellowship.The church service started exactly at 4:30pm. It was very briefed as the priest ensured by 6:00pm the church service should be over end.

During the church service and gospel preaching .The priest encouraged all the Christain to vote for tomorrow and try to make the environment calm tomorrow.Peace and Order without creating tension and fight . The church service ended as places were already getting dark .Everyone tried to rush back at home for security reasons.

When we arrived home everyone was tried .I heated food for us to eat before sleeping . After, we were done eating while others were going to bed to sleep .I login on Facebook to follow anticipation from youths and people for the presidential election for the nextday .Majority of the Cameroonian on Facebook are rooting for an opposition candidate to win Issa Tchroma with is party FSNC and encourage everyone to vote for a change in leadership.

At 10pm, I had to go offline and take a nap .That how my day ended,Wishing all the Cameroonians the best their upcoming presidential election .The next day hoping for change and that change can only be done by us the citizen.Let all go out cast our votes tomorrow for a new leader 🤝.
