It's not a story that one major reason why all of us joined steemit is for a better life. The desire for a better life is a good one but hard work should be your back bone if that desired success most be met.

Why this post.

I decided to make this post here in steem nursery to benefit our teeming new users on steemit.
I have in one month recruited 9 persons which honestly was not a simple task for me. But I am by nature a marketer my goods must sell. However, I have been reading from the different whataspp groups for different steemit communities and discords both new and old steemit members claims of low upvotes some even quit on the way. Yes it's normal we all can NOT succeed at the same rate but success is sure for the courageous and persistent few

Is success achievable on steemit?

Yes , success is achievable on steemit. I am just but a few months old on steemit and I am already hosting a contest. This is success for me.
The following fundamental ideas could be real solutions to achieving your desired success in all ramifications. Steemit inclusive.

1️⃣ Have your own growth strategy

Write out your expectations and ways through which you can achieve them.

2️⃣ Do not neglect the power of mentorship.

Get a mentor for yourself and know what you really want to gain from your mentor and maintain quality communication relationship.

3️⃣ Stick to one community

or a few communities that catches your attention and perhaps your strength. Creativityis important but learning the system is more important. Running from community to community won't be too good for you. 3 or 4 communities are enough to be very active you can join more but to be active in them is my point.

4️⃣ Read and comment meaningfully

on quality posts made by successful steemians within the community(s) of your interest with these you get the attention you want.

5️⃣ Build your steem power

With high sp you will gain more earnings. The high sp are the high earners. That's the game.

Do not forget that success in steemit starts with getting attention after you have drawn attention then influence becomes the next and it's influence that brings earnings.
