Fascinating Dragonflies
I accidentally found this dragonfly, standing still on the dead wood as if it was ready to take off. I approached to get the close-up shot while watched out of its moves. It noticed me, after getting away for a minute then it came back again. I did not waste time get closer shot as I wished to get a full appearance of dragonfly that looks quite nice thru the lens. I managed to shoot its front head, but I failed as it did not give me a chance to drag my camera toward its little monkey's head. That was okay though, I loved the way it stood, plus the background went directly to the clear sky. Here we go again! May you guys love these shots. Dragonfly is one of the insects that have main body segments and six legs to help them fly and to support their movement. Despite having six legs, the dragonflies do not use those to walk, but it is used to hold onto foliage during rest, and grasp prey.

Great photos show the world of dragonflies and they are truly amazing. Every shot feels like a treasure. The pictures show tiny parts up close. See their thin wing lines. Good to see their strong, quiet nature too. They catch a quick moment forever. These pictures show nature's small, bright wonders.
