You photographed the plant called "Bidens Pilosa", which has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. There are tinctures, teas, ointments, and tablets made from this plant. It's considered a natural antibiotic and also has antiviral properties. It's used for intestinal problems, coughs, rheumatism, restlessness, and much more. A wonderful plant.
