Beauty of Creativity - Cooking at home.

Today, I want to share something special with you all. For the first time, I made Beef Karahi at home and it was delicious. 😋

Beef Karahi is one of my favorite dish. I have eaten it many times from restaurants, but today I decided to try cooking it myself. The process was fun and the smell of fresh spices in the kitchen made me even more excited to eat it.

I started by boiling the beef in hot water. Then I added ginger-garlic paste and cooked it for a few minutes. After that I added chopped tomatoes and all the spices. I let it cook on medium flame until the oil separated.

The best part was when the smell of the masala filled the kitchen. At the end, I added some green chilies and coriander to give it that traditional karahi touch.

Making beef karahi at home was a great experience. It was spicy, yummy and better than I expected. Cooking at home not only saves money but also gives a lot of satisfaction when the food turns out good. I hope you guys will like my photographs and share your reviews in comment section.
