Beauty of Creativity - Recipe of Karachi Naseeb Biryani

Today I am going to share my experience of making Karachi Naseeb Biryani at home. I made it with the help of youtube. I used only tomatoes to bring out the taste without onions.
First, I washed the rice and soaked it for 20 minutes. While the rice was soaking, I started cooking the masala. In a cooking pot, I added 2 glass water heated up. Then I added chicken, tomotao, green chilli and idrak and boiled in eater at 15 minutes then add all spices, cloves, zeera, garam msala and black pepper. These gave a nice smell right at the start. Then i add tomeric powder and half table spoon of food color.
Next, I well until they became soft. I mixed everything nicely and at the end i added the oil. This made a perfect msala. When the chicken was fully cooked, I added a little yogurt and mixed it. This made the masala creamy and delicious. Salt and red chilli added according to taste.
In another pot, I boiled water, added some salt, and cooked the soaked rice until it was 90% done. Then I started layering. I added one layer of rice then the chicken masala, then another layer of rice. I covered the pot and kept it on low flame for 15 minutes dum. After that, I opened the pot and the smell was amazing.
Everyone at home enjoyed it. It was spicy flavorful and the tomato masala gave it a nice tangy taste. I hope you guys will like these food picture collection and share your thoughts in comment section.
