Woke up early this morning, took bath and had light breakfast with tea. The day started off peaceful, but with enthusiasm for work. After breakfast left for the hospital. After reaching the hospital in the morning, the first thing he did was follow his routine work and then attended a special surgery conference. This conference was about the benefits, costs and health outcomes of robotic advanced surgery. There was also an opportunity for heads-on experience. I gained a lot of knowledge and inspiration by learning about new technologies from the conference.

After the conference I visited the ward for the rounds. Asked patients about their health and shared positive things to encourage them. Seeing his smile always gives a different energy. After this, hand hygiene training was conducted with the nursing staff, doctors, clinical pharmacists and other health workers of the hospital. Everyone showed active participation in the training and I think this will improve their daily practice.

Returned home in the evening and spent time with my mohammd uves and had some fun. A child's laughter and simple words take away the tiredness of the day. Then went out for dinner with his wife and son. Had spicy sev-usal and bread for dinner, which was quite good in taste. After dinner there were some personal work also. A friend of mine's mother was ill and he needed to send money. So I went to the ATM machine and deposited the cash. Even this small work gives a feeling of responsibility.

Today was a very productive and meaningful day. at the end of the day I thought both professional work in the hospital and time with family at home were accomplished. Felt a little tired at the end of the day but also satisfied that every moment was important and memorable. Realized that small moments are what make life meaningful and happy.
