YouTube has changed a lot in the last 5 years. Previously, I could record a video about cryptocurrency on a cheap buzzing microphone and get tens of thousands of views, because the system simply distributed tags. I'm making much higher quality content now, but apparently the tags aren't working.
Facebook is more convenient in that at least you can publish a video in fan groups on certain topics and immediately get views.
