My Homemade Crispy Chicken for Breakfast
Don't let anyone miss out on how to make super easy, yet delicious, crispy chicken.
When I make this at home, I don't have to bother getting my nephew to eat it. Just simmer the chicken until the spices are absorbed. Once done, just take it out.
For the cooking liquid, just add tapioca flour, egg, and water until it's slightly runny.
I use a 1:1 ratio of rice flour to tapioca flour. Fry the chicken in plenty of hot oil.
Pour in the crispy batter again. Fry it until it's crispy, like this.
Just eat it with fresh vegetables and chili sauce. Wow, this is really delicious with rice.
