This Beautiful Morning I Made Lugok Cake For Our Breakfast This Morning
Today I made lugo' cakes from cassava. I started by peeling and washing the cassava until clean.
Then I grated it until smooth.
After that, I mixed the grated cassava with flour and other ingredients to make the cake dough. For the filling, I used thinly sliced brown sugar.
I then shaped the dough into the desired shape and filled the center with brown sugar. After shaping, I fried the lugo' cakes until golden brown.
The result was a crispy lugo' cake on the outside and soft on the inside, with the sweetness of the brown sugar. This traditional cake is very delicious and perfect for a snack. I was very satisfied with the results.
After the lugo' cakes were finished frying, I immediately served them on a serving plate. The fragrant aroma of the still-warm cakes made me eager to enjoy them. I took one of the still-hot lugo' cakes and placed it in my mouth. The sweetness of the melted brown sugar and the crunchy texture of the lugo' cakes made them incredibly delicious. I feel very satisfied that I was able to make this traditional cake with such satisfying results. Now, I just have to wait for my family and friends to taste it and give their opinions.
