if you go to the status page, then when searching for abovefingers it shows that there were no attempts to register such a thing.

By the way, who did you register?

Maybe now you are mistaken in the last letter, since one user with "...s" is already registered

If you can't find abovefingerz when searching on the status page, then in my opinion you haven't completed the registration process.
