RE: Чому королівська родина здавна люблять курей?
🙂 I look forward to seeing where you walk to (my mum's road is a long road with lots of houses).
Woodley Shopping Precinct is where I used to buy my toys and sweets (although those shops are long gone). Next to that is Woodford Park, where I spent many, many hours playing by the lake and on the fields (they've built some nice, new buildings and play park since I lived there). I got kicked out of their Play Scheme (holiday club) one summer.
If you go, you'll see some wooden barriers between the road and the big hill... we used to ride our bikes down that hill and my friend hit the "dip" at the bottom, flew off his bike and his face scraping along the pavement wasn't pretty. They put up that little fence soon after.
I also used to ride down that hill on a sleigh when it snowed.
My mum still walks through that park when she goes to the shops and when she picks my niece and nephew up from school.
I was telling the-mrs-gorilla that you were visiting Woodley today and I felt an incredible wave of emotion that's impossible to explain. Almost tearful.
Speaking of schools - I'm curious as to what school Timothy goes to? He's the same age as my nephew so I wonder if they go to the same school!
It's very touching for me to read your childhood memories! I walked through the streets of Woodley today and almost felt them with my heart. I don't know if I really found your mother's house. At first I came across this house number with the street name. But the traffic camera was a little further away... You'll recognize the right photo, if there is one. Right?)))

Tim graduated from elementary school this year. I'll ask what the school is called, because I don't know.
I would like to chat with her and decided that it would be awkward to ask a woman: -is your son a Gorilla? Also, I don't know English, I'm always talking through a translator((
In the 1st photo, if you had turned around, and taken a picture of the bungalow on the opposite side of the road, you'd have my home! I now remember playing in the house next door (no. 114) - I think that his name was Chris.
Which number house did you leave the sign outside? I'll phone my mum tomorrow and see if she can find it!
I'm impressed that you got so close!
@the-gorilla😅I left it near number 109.
But I was still there - it was an interesting quest!)
