Since you wanted to take part in the discussion, you should have first tried to understand. I do not object to the comments from steevc as I made mine to him and my explanations will be to him. Say something intelligent, make a valid point and I promise I will try to respond to you in a more helpful manner. To me, your comment sounded like 'sucking up'.
I am happy we had this conversation and its totally okay for you to feel that I am "sucking up", thats okay :D
The reason for the "thats makes no sense" is that I didn't get it, it could otherwise have been said like "I dont understand" the latter is not as funny to me tho :D

It's always the same. You bring up
