I’ve worked as a bar man before in a hotel and cocktails happen to be one of my favorite drink. I would have love to try out your syrup recipe if I was lucky to see such flowers over here. Well, despite the stress it is going to take u to clean up the mess, in the end, something good came out of it.
You could even decide to put it out there in the market, you might be lucky to make good sales out of it.
Well, there are so-called flea markets in Germany where anyone can sell things on a small scale without registering a business. These are usually second-hand items or handicrafts... Depending on the location and market day, you sometimes pay really high stall fees. And, here's the thing: you can't do this with food you've prepared yourself. In order to sell these legally, you must have a health certificate, have your kitchen approved and certified by the veterinary office (which is also responsible for hygiene checks) and it must also be physically and materially separated from your private kitchen.
I occasionally give away a bottle of the tasty stuff and otherwise... Thanks, but no thanks ;-))
