Yes, up to now you have been issued with a sticker every two years after this mandatory technical inspection, which is valid for a further two years as your car's operating licence, so to speak. Then you need a new one. Another inspection, repairs if necessary, sticker, two years of peace and quiet. In future, this may be necessary every year, so it will only be valid for one year at a time...

With us, it's every year bingo.. not for the car owner by the way. And we don't receive a sticker. I guess that's too expensive. Next to that that we pay road tax actually, it's tax for owning a car. Even if you don't drive you still pay. And we pay everywhere. At home and abroad.
i just don't see they fixt the roads with the money it's meant for.
